We charge £45 to clear your shipment, and the Airline Handling Charge varies between normally £0.22 per kg /minimum £45.

Delivery Charges to your home or business depend on the distance from the airport and the weight and dimensions of the shipment. 

Delivery to an Amazon FBA location is done on request and by quotation. 

Apart from the above charges, Customs Import VAT and Duty for commercial imports or private imports without a TOR are some other charges imposed.

The day of arrival for shipments arriving at the airport is “free time” before the airline will charge storage. Storage is then charged at £18 per 100 Kilo or part thereof per day.

Random inspection by the Local government of food or items selected by HMRC or Trading Standards will incur government inspection fees.

The company, at times, might have to pay a £25 Bank Chaps Fee to HM Customs VAT and Duty on your behalf on the same day.

A 15% Agency Fee will be charged if we advance charges on your behalf to a Government Agency, Carrier or other (minimum £45 per payment made on your behalf). This will be added to your invoice to cover our administrative costs.

We have trained our personnel in a way so that they provide a hassle-free service to the customers. However, to make our service work efficiently, we have a procedure to follow. We advise our customers to follow the protocols to get the best of our services and receive the parcel intact.

At times people look for a courier, which is reasonable, and for this, they need to follow the given steps:

  • Open the website and register by clicking on the “Register” button.
  • Account setup procedures will be set, and after the completion, someone will connect.
  • One can sign in to their account with the registered email address and password. You will also be allocated a “UDS Customer Number” that you can use to log in.
  • After you have signed into the platform, you can complete your profile by providing the correct information requested in the portal. All the information shared will be safely stored in our portal as per the security protocols.
  • Once done, you can start booking your collection. It’s straightforward. You can book collections during the weekends and five days before in advance. However, you can only book one collection, and until that collection is closed, you will not be able to book any other collection.
  • Once you book a collection, you will have to add consignments. To add consignments, you will have to enter an address where you want to ship the products. Once added, click on the book button that redirects you to the final confirmation page. Here, click on the “Confirm and Book” button. After this, you will receive a confirmation of the booking immediately.
  • Ensure that you run an EOD Manifest so that the status of open items changes to close at the end of the day. After adding consignments, run the EOD Manifest, select the date when you want to ship, and choose the time for collections.
  • You can visit the “Airway Bill History” to check the history of your bookings and collections.

  1. How can I track my parcel? 

By using our online technology, the client can log in to track their shipments.

  • What is the normal standard delivery hour?

Standard delivery is from Monday to Friday between 9 am – 5 pm.

  • Can I collect my own shipment?

Yes. However Specific ID is required for you to collect the shipment yourself.

  • Who handles the customs clearance?
